Coggin Collision Center Of Kissimmee

I never asked for my Honda to be hit by a FedEx truck, but the staff and service folk at this Coggin Collision Center made the repair as painless as possible. Each person was professional, efficient and friendly. A special thanks to Lazaro who kept me up to date with regular phone calls along the way (as he waited for the insurance adjuster, for the report, for the revised report, for the payment, etc.) I know he was working on lots of other cars but he was never in a rush! My car came back to me as good as new, and cleaned inside and out! I definitely recommend this collision service!

Badly damaged ego after driving my vehicle into a ditch. My car was finished ahead of schedule. Made me feel comfortable the day I dropped the car off to pick up. If my radio presets were not still there I would have sworn I was in a brand new vehicle! Can't thank Coggin Collision enough.

On 6/9 I was told the repairs on my vehicle were finished and I could come pick and that insurance would stop paying for my rental the next day. On 6/10 I arrived to pick up my vehicle and was told there was one part they still didn’t have, but since they had told the insurance company they were finished and the car was in a drivable condition insurance would not extend the rental, so Joey advised me to take my car back and he would call me the following Friday, 6/17 when he expected to have my part in. Today is 7/6 and I haven’t had heard from him and my calls have been unanswered. The attached photos are the how my car has looked for almost a month waiting for them to contact me about finishing the job I’m sure the insurance company has already paid them for and they have no interest in finishing now. *edit* finally got a hold of them. They’ve had my parts for 2 weeks and didn’t see the need to tell me. After they told me that Joey said he’d call me right back and let me know if he had someone who could install the parts. Never called back so I came in. Joey is on lunch and no one here seems to see this situation as a problem. Been wait about 20 minutes for “the next technician
